The beer is very good and there is a very wide choice of dishes: try one of the best chocolate soufflés in Cluj here. The pub is located right inside the old brewery and some of the pipes and fixtures are still there.

Casa TIFF is one of the main gathering points during the Transylvania International Film Festival . During the party this is the place to meet celebrities, attend meetings and enjoy a drink between movies. Outside of the festival, this pub is still a pleasant and vibrant place, with various activities taking place here on a regular basis.

My Way Club

Euphoria Music Hall

Euphoria Music Hall is both a concert hall and a club, but it's not a bad place to party and dance. I think it probably depends on the night. Drop by: if there's nothing interesting, you can always go to the Noa club , located across the street.

Bamboo Club

The Bamboo Club is a very elegant and sumptuous nightclub located in Piata Mihai Viteazu , not far from the Obsession club . Excellent drinks but very expensive. I recommend going to Bamboo on Fridays and Saturdays, but only if you have a lot of money to spend: forget about meeting the beautiful girls from Cluj present in the club if you don't have a private room and a good bottle of champagne. Bamboo is definitely the chicest nightlife club in Cluj-Napoca .

Club Phi 18
(Strada Republicii 110, Cluj-Napoca) Open every day from 9.00 to 6.00.
The Phi 18 club , which you can tell from its name is student-oriented, is located across the street from Obsession and is literally next door to a bunch of student dorms on Zorilor . The disco is frequented by more chill-out people who want to enjoy the night. Phi 18 offers a variety of themed evenings and drinks are very cheap . Recommended for those under 25 years old.

After Eight Cocktail Club
(Samuel Brassai 12, Cluj-Napoca) Open from Wednesday to Saturday from 10pm to 6am.
After Eight is a club located a short walk from Unirii square , with cheap entry: only 10 LEI (don't let it be clear that you are a foreigner otherwise you will pay double). The club offers some of the best parties and concerts in Cluj . You can listen to the best music of the 80s and 90s, including songs from many different genres ranging from the latest commercial hits to Romanian music. The average age is around twenty, and there are university nights from Tuesday to Saturday.

Diesel Club
(Plata Unirii 17, Cluj-Napoca) The Diesel Club , located in Unirii square , is an elegant club in Cluj-Napoca , one of those places to "see and be seen". Despite this Diesel is a great place to have fun: the DJ knows how to get the best out of this crowd and the people are friendlier than you might think. The club is frequented mainly by foreigners and beautiful Romanian girls: its fame comes from the fact that the drinks are more expensive than many other clubs in the city, attracting wealthier men and girls looking for men. Definitely a great place to dance and feast your eyes.

New Janis Club
(Plata Unirii 19, Cluj-Napoca) If you have come to Cluj-Napoca and have not been to the Janis Club , then you have not been to Cluj. Located on Eroilor , Janis is open every night and is always busy: the beer flows freely and people are more likely to dance by jumping up and down with their hands in the air than by stepping or swaying to the beat. This can be explained by the rock music that dominates the playlist and it could be very difficult to dance to without having had a couple of shots first. Janis Club : This sweaty cave draws locals with guest DJs, theme nights, karaoke and a soundtrack that ranges from Pink Floyd to The Doors.

Boiler Club

The Boiler club is very similar to the Midi . This is a smaller but newer club.

Club Midi

Club Midi is an institution in the nightlife of Cluj-Napoca , especially in the electronic music scene, and is one of the best clubs in Cluj . This nightclub was placed 26th in DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs. During the “Party Season” , a famous DJ is hosted every weekend: the big names and all the quality electronic music labels spent a night or two at the Midi Club . Club Midi is the ideal place to enjoy the lively nightlife of Cluj Napoca !

Noa Club

The Noa Club is one of the busiest nightclubs in Cluj-Napoca , and is located opposite the Euphoria Club . The club is large and is always very crowded, with music ranging from commercial music to RnB to dance music. Definitely not to be missed.
